During today’s short Ask Capcom section of the Capcom-Unity stream from E3 2012, Seth Killian was inundated with a ton of questions regarding some of Capcom’s most beloved properties. When asked if there were any other planned changes for Street Fighter x Tekken outside the already announced patch for the Rolento glitch, Killian said we could see some “fireworks” hit the game in the future. While they obviously won’t be messing with the core game mechanics like gems and tagging, he said everything from the timer, relative damage ratios, and the way tagging works could see tweaks. They’ve been spending a lot of time watching the game played on a competitive level to help update the game to a new standard.
